Frequently Asked Questions

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Below are answers to the questions we hear most often from B2B buyers. If your question is not covered here, please contact us directly at withmicko@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +86 185 7808 1460.

1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product category and customization level. For in-stock items, smaller trial orders can usually be accommodated. For custom OEM/ODM production, MOQ is typically several hundred units per SKU and is confirmed in the quotation based on materials, tooling, and packaging. We are happy to discuss flexible options for first-time buyers and established long-term partners.

2. What is the typical lead time for production?

For in-stock products, shipment can usually be arranged within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation. For OEM/ODM orders, typical production lead time is 25-45 days depending on order volume, customization complexity, and the production schedule at the time of order. A precise lead time is included in every quotation and confirmed again when the deposit is received.

3. Do you offer samples, and what is the sample policy?

Yes, samples are available for most products. Sample cost is charged at a nominal fee (usually 1-3 times the unit price) plus actual courier shipping. For custom specifications, an additional tooling or setup fee may apply. Sample fees are fully refundable against a confirmed bulk order that meets our standard MOQ, or partially refundable for smaller follow-up orders as agreed in writing.

4. Which payment terms do you accept?

For bulk production orders, we accept T/T (wire transfer) with a typical split of 30% deposit and 70% balance paid against the copy of the B/L before shipment. L/C at sight is available for larger or established orders. For samples and small orders, PayPal and Western Union are accepted for speed and convenience. All bank details and beneficiary information are provided on the official Proforma Invoice.

5. Do you provide OEM/ODM services?

Yes. We offer full OEM (build to your brand and specifications) and ODM (develop from concept to finished product) services. The typical workflow is: (1) you share your spec sheet, target price, and reference designs; (2) we respond with a feasibility assessment and quotation; (3) we produce pre-production samples for your approval; (4) upon sample approval and deposit, we proceed to mass production with defined quality checkpoints.

6. What product certifications do you hold?

Our quality management system is aligned with ISO 9001. Product-level certifications (such as CE, RoHS, FCC, REACH, food-grade or other regional approvals) depend on the specific product category and target market. Up-to-date copies of certificates and test reports are available on request, and the applicable certifications are listed on the product specification sheet that accompanies every quotation.

7. How do you ensure product quality?

Quality is managed through a three-stage control process. IQC (Incoming Quality Control) verifies raw materials and components before production. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) covers in-line inspections at critical production stages. OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) performs a final random inspection against AQL standards before packing. Pre-production samples are always submitted for buyer approval before mass production begins.

8. Which shipping methods and Incoterms do you support?

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Sea freight is the most common for full container or bulk orders; air freight and express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) are used for samples, urgent shipments, or smaller volumes. We can ship using our nominated forwarder or coordinate with your appointed freight agent. Customs documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin are prepared as standard.

9. Can you customize packaging and branding (logo)?

Yes. We can apply your logo and brand identity to the product itself (silk print, pad print, laser engraving, embroidery, or molded-in marks depending on material) and to retail-ready or bulk packaging. Inner boxes, master cartons, instruction manuals, and barcodes/SKUs can all be customized. Artwork files in vector format (AI, PDF, CDR) are preferred for the highest print quality.

10. What is your warranty and after-sales policy?

Warranty terms depend on the product category and are stated in the sales contract or purchase order. In general, manufacturing defects discovered during normal use within the agreed warranty period are covered by replacement, repair, or credit toward a future order, at our discretion. To process a claim, please provide photos, batch numbers, and a description of the issue. Our team responds to after-sales requests within two business days.
