A Supply Partner for Lumbar Support Components
If you build or specify seats, you do not need a product catalogue — you need a supplier who can hit a specification repeatedly, document what they made, and stay in step with your build schedule.
Built Around a Specification, Not a Stock List
Component supply lives or dies on repeatability. The approved sample defines what a compliant unit is, and every batch is measured against it.
Development Support
We work from your specification, drawing or target feel, and propose a structure, foam grade and cover combination that can actually be produced at your tolerance and price.
Tooling & Sampling
Samples are built before production so the specification is proven, not assumed. The approved sample is then sealed and held as the reference for the programme.
In-House Production
Cutting, sewing, assembly and packaging are completed on our own line. Nothing critical is subcontracted, so capacity and lead-time commitments stay under our control.
Quality Documentation
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final inspection before packing, with records kept so a delivered batch can be traced back through production.
Packaging & Labelling
Bulk, retail-ready or private-label packaging, with the labelling, barcode and language requirements your destination market specifies.
Logistics Coordination
Shipment by sea, air or courier, working with your nominated freight forwarder or consolidating with your existing inbound schedule.
Three Ways to Work With Us
Component Supply
You specify, we manufacture to specification and deliver on schedule. Best suited to seat manufacturers with an established design and a recurring build programme.
Private Label
Our product platforms supplied under your brand, with your labelling and packaging. Best suited to brands and distributors who want their own identity without a full development cycle.
Full ODM Development
Starting from your market requirement rather than a finished design, we develop the structure, materials and finish, then hand over an approved product ready to produce.
A Supplier You Can Hold to a Schedule
The most common failure in component supply is not quality — it is a supplier who cannot see their own capacity, and therefore cannot tell you the truth about a lead time. Because our production is in-house, we can tell you what is achievable and stand behind it.
- One accountable contact from development through delivery
- Changes confirmed in writing, with their cost and schedule effect stated
- Reorders measured against the sealed approved sample, so batches stay consistent
- Product documentation and labelling adapted to your destination market
Common Questions From Seat Manufacturers
Can you work from our drawing or specification?
Yes. Send the drawing, specification, or a target feel and constraints, and we will propose a structure, foam grade and cover combination that meets it. If something in the specification cannot be produced reliably at your target cost, we will say so at the proposal stage rather than after the first shipment.
How do you keep repeat batches consistent with the approved sample?
The approved sample is sealed and held as the reference standard. Reorders are produced against it, and final inspection compares output to that reference. This is the mechanism that stops a second batch drifting from the first.
Can you supply on a recurring schedule rather than one-off orders?
Yes. Recurring supply is the normal pattern for seat manufacturers and integrators, and it is the reason in-house capacity matters. Tell us your expected build schedule and we will confirm a supply rhythm that fits it.
Do you offer exclusivity for a customised component?
Exclusivity is a commercial term rather than a technical one, so it is agreed in the contract. For private-label and ODM programmes we do not resell your customised design or disclose it to third parties.
Send the specification, get a straight answer
A drawing, a target feel, or even a description of the seat you are building is enough to start. We will tell you what is achievable, what it would take, and where the risks are.
